Terms of Service

1. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate, complete information when registering. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Service providers must complete onboarding, including identity and certification verification, before offering services. Provider accounts remain in a pending state until approved by SamoNest.

2. Bookings & Payments

When you book a service, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes and fees. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner; SamoNest does not store your full card details.

A booking is confirmed once payment is successfully captured. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, available at /refund, which sets out the applicable timelines and conditions.

3. Provider Responsibilities

Providers are independent contractors, not employees of SamoNest. Providers are responsible for the quality, safety, and legality of the services they deliver and for maintaining any required licenses.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by posting unlawful content, attempting to circumvent payments, harassing other users, or interfering with the platform’s operation or security.

5. Limitation of Liability

SamoNest provides the platform on an “as is” basis and acts as an intermediary. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SamoNest is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from services performed by independent providers.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
